Autonomous Maintenance

A maintenance strategy wherein machine adjustments and minor maintenance is performed by operators who are deemed to have unique knowledge about the equipment. It is a principal pillar of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

We have a lot of contacts and resources. We'll do our best to find a source for what you're looking for, or we may develop it for you. Just let us know.

We have a variety of courses related to asset management, industrial and facilities maintenance, and machine reliability.

The courses are designed so you can learn a useful amount of information in the time it takes to take a short break. Our courses are organized in topics, and each topic has 1 or more lessons. A lesson is made up of ideas. Each idea has a short chunk of information, usually no more than 10 minutes.
